Went in for a routine haircut and ended up getting berated by my Barber for not having a more positive attitude while sitting in her chair.Went any other day to get a haircut and had a very long day. Upon the Barber, asking me how it was I responded, “it could be better.” Standard Barber talk first.She didn’t drop it though. She kept offering her insights as if I was supposed to magically say it’s all ok. My answers were short and sweet, indicating that I didn’t want to talk about this, yet she persisted.The evidence of my irritability was palpable. I felt like she was trying to play therapist and wasn’t going to stop until I gave her a positive answer. I didn’t have one, and that’s ok!My request to not continue this conversation and for her to stop Triggered her and I asked her why she was being so condescending and forceful about how I feel.She proceeded to shave one side of my head and tell me to get out of her chair.This type of behavior is concerning for so many different reasons. I went in for a haircut and an employee projected onto me what they want to see in the world when I simply just wanted to get a haircut. This individual was dead, sat, and having a very specific conversation that I didn’t want to have, and that boundary was simply not respected on a human level. I even took the time to ask her if she was ok because the line of questioning was so off-putting and forceful that I at one point was just genuinely baffled.Gaslighting a customer and ganging up on them when they simply want confidence boost on a bad day is wild to me. Poking and prodding when someone isn’t feeling well is a weird look for someone in customer service and I’m genuinely baffled that the move here is to ban me from a store for feeling human emotions and being irritated when your barber was dissatisfied with how I was feeling for the day.If I could give you a zero I would. The lack of humanity, grace and understanding that I experienced from the woman at the Middleburg store along with the blind support she received from her staff (although they weren’t involved) is a gaslighting nightmare that I hope no other person has to go through.People go to the barber to feel a sense of confidence. Not to be picked on.

Was pretty upset with my hair cut , if you're going to put a trainee on a customers cut the customer should be aware of this first not when they ask a manager to check. They couldn't even get my history correct right from the computer and then they want to argue about it.To leave looking like this even after a manager inspection and leaving them a healthy tip is just uncalled for . Ive gone here for yrs and every time i get a trainee my hairs messed up . 18.00 dollar hair cut for 10 minutes in the chair to start is ridiculous let alone screwing it up.if your going to keep doing this maybe there should be trainee pricing and the customer should still get to decide if he wants a trainee .

Don’t waste your time going here unless you’re 60 years or older. If you want a trendy haircut with a bald fade forget it it took four of them to come over and look at my hair and they couldn’t do anything. I sat there for a half hour this place is, horrible and should be shut down

I came here to get a simple haircut- I have shoulder length hair. I told the girl that I didn't need the length cut but just needed the bulk taken out of the ends. She responded accordingly and I didn't think anything of it. I left out of of there with a shag/mullet/thing!!!!!! So she is drying my hair- I am starting to notice that my hair is pretty much GONE! The look on my face said it all. THEN the supervisor steps in- apparently this girl that was doing my hair was still in training. I was not told this, otherwise I would of respectfully declined OR assumed she would be heavily supervised. NOPE the supervisor came in at the end and basically told the young lady she did not give me what I asked for that she gave a shag cut- out of the supervisors mouth....Now I am ok with my hair being shorter, and it was a deal but wouldn't of been a huge deal UNTIL the supervisor barely tried to fix it and basically told me she couldn't do anything about what had already happened. I mean you could of at least shaped it up, made it even??? I am talking 2 inches uneven......!!!!!!! There was another stylist that even knew this haircut was not it and was trying to be helpful!! I wasn't even asked if I wanted comped for this- Yall knew this was a bad haircut and not even CLOSE to what I asked for you could of at least offered. I gave it 2 stars because I don't necessarily think it was the girl who was in trainings fault- although I do question her being ready to be on her....- she was really nice and I truly believe she was doing what she thought was correct. I hope that before she touches another head the supervisor has more of a hand in the cut then at the VERY END of the already damaged haircut!

I have been going to Great Clips for a long time. Great service, friendly staff, courteous on the phone! I do the check- in with the app, SO EASY, as I want to know about how long it will be before I am next in line! I also like that I can call and find the lady who best cuts my hair, Pam. No matter what store she is at, they let me know which store she is working at and what her hours are so I can show up at the right time and day!! ? Thanks!

Went in this past Sunday for a regular haircut. I check in online, which was an easy experience and arrived right when the app told me to. I was taken back right away and the entire haricut was done very well and very quickly. My stylist was very professional and did an amazing job.
