The man Dennis that works here is a real gem! Love coming to this location in hopes of seeing Dennis, he is such a kind, helpful, upbeat guy! Anytime I have a FedEx package I bring it here and look around and find some good deals. Always helpful staff, clean store. No complaints!

Got overcharged AGAIN for an ink purchase.One time can be a snafu or mistake . TWICE starts to feel like a business model . I won't be back ....and NO it wasn't an "online"price or a sale price that expired . It was the current price on the company website for that particular store and yet the shelf price was apparently $11 more ...atleast that how much extra I paid

Extremely rude staff. I walked in and was ignored by the 4 people standing up front chatting. Then when I went to ask for help, I was yelled at by a woman for talking to the “wrong associate”? As if I was supposed to know who was who! Horrible attitude from the woman working there that helped me (if you can say that). I will never be back here.

Don't buy warranties from here. I got a 2 year warranty for a chair, I was told for any reason if there was a problem I could get a new one at the store and just found out today that is not true. The actual process is much more clunky, the company they use for warranties, Allstate, can deny your claim and you have no way to contact them for further review. This is exactly what happened to me.

Dennis was absolutely amazing today helping us pick out an appropriate office chair that would suit my size and my needs went completely out of his way including putting the chair together personally for us. I was really dissatisfied with my visit to Office Max Southland. I had a party poster printed here last year using the company account and wanted to do another this year. Manager informed me our account was inactive and gave me a number to call to activate it. Told to come back the next day then for the poster and even if I couldn’t re-activate the account they would help out. They would inform the next day shift of everything. I was lied to. Activating the account did nothing and no one knew a thing of what was going on. After spending nearly $150 I didn’t even get a “sorry” or a percentage off as a goodwill token. Thanks for such great customer service. Won’t be back!!!!!

Deb and the rest of the staff were awesome. It's reassuring to know I have such a great store so close by. I will definitely use this location for my office supply needs going forward.

Took me a few minutes to find an employee but once I did the sale went quickly and efficiently. Found a great office chair for my home office. The employee brought it up front for me and helped me load it into my vehicle. Very happy with my purchase.
