“Not sure where to do the review, but....what fantastic customer service! From the delivery man, Tim, to the customer representative at fed ex, Shadai (spelling). Had a package being delivered that needed a signature when we were out of town for 3 weeks. Tim helped via my Ring camera. He was kind to deal with my request via the camera! Shadai helped from local center. She helped reroute the package for me to pick up near to where we were. She was excellent in keeping me updated. She was very kind and more than willing to help me.
