The people in the office have no understanding of how computers work, which is weird because this is a computer based testing center. Could not provide the scoring, screwed up the email notification and had no answers on how to fix it. I would definitely go to a different site if you have the option.

They were so rude and unprofessional... It's almost as they are trying to make you fail... It's not a welcoming environment and their energy is very nasty
