I do not know the name of the woman who attempted to take my blood on 2/3, but I wish I did. She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond, and her kindness. I signed myself up for a medical research experiment, which requires my blood and every possible sample from me. I have near impossible veins to draw blood from, so at no fault of the woman, we did not have success. Most people do not listen when I tell them about my veins and turn me into a pin cushion. She listened to me and didnt just jab me. Not only did she listen, she set me up an appointment at another location that she thought may be better able to draw from me. Furthermore, I accidentally left part of my box needed for my sample collection. When I arrived today at the new location, the new woman told me that it was left and the woman from Middleburg drove it to their location. How awesome! She could have either discarded it, forgot about me, or made me go get it, but she took time out of her day to drop it off! Thank you!

Maps will take you to Building 1- Suite 101 occasionally. This is not the Building opposite to South West Hospital near the Road. There is a one more building Suite 102 behind. Front entrance was closed when I went. There is a rear entrance. Take the elevator, 3rd Floor, upon exiting the Elevator and take a right. Building and Elevator looked bit Spooky though when i visited. :). I did not have have any issues with the services provided though at Quest Labs. The location was slightly tricky to find and the entire place was bit deserted.

For those coming here for the first time it can be hard to find. Go to building 2 (the north most building across the small bridge - there is a giant II on the cement on the top corner of the building) and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. It's room 305 (all the way at the back of a long hall).I booked my appointments through the automated phone que on a landline. I recieved no confirmation other than the code the autosystem gave me. The first one I scheduled for dec. 26th. When I got in my car to drive, google told me they were closed. I went to quest's website and it said "our middleburg heights location is closed for maintenance dec 26th-jan 2nd". No one called. No one contacted me. You cannot reach a human through their phone que so there was no way to find out what was going on. Had I not googled I would have never known. That made me pretty infuriated.I decided to try one more time, used the same auto system. I arrived 10 min prior to my appointment, completed the auto-check in and was seen immediately. My phebotimist was a small woman with fluffy blond hair and she was lovely. Very pleasant and professional, got the vein asap and got me out quickly.In the future, I would like some notification if they are going to cancel my apt. That is just common sense.

Says drug screening open til 2:30p which is a lie. Slow and no person available to talk to. Switched locations to parma LabCorp was in and out less than 3 minutes NO JOKE. Do better Middleburg. Wasted my gas.

I'm not one to complain but there was absolutely no reason to be so rude to me. I came into my appointment 5 minutes early prepared with paperwork and everything. the woman snatched the paperwork from me and sighed about 15 times during my visit while exclaiming she was "never gonna get out of here" to her coworker. my appointment took all of 3 minutes mind you. told me I was done and said nothing else, just left me to walk out of there without a word. this rude worker never gave me her name so the only way I can identify her is by saying she has a rose tattoo on her hand. came in for my first prenatal blood work and gonna be requesting that my doctor send me somewhere other than quest from now on.

I called to ask if I would be able to come in for a pre employment drug screen same day and the lady rudely told me no and hung up then proceeded to not answer the phone when I called back 3 times

They were very kind, helpful, and made the process easy. The gal that did the work was very good at her job and made me very comfortable during the needle portion.

Soo rude!! No customer service at all. I called and scheduled an appointment earlier today for 11:30 and they have no record of it and the lady literally just says “we have no record of it and no openings today” and then walked away. Excuse me?! Wow. Good thing they’re not paid for their service! Just awful!!

No signs anywhere to find which building it was in. I didn't see the numbers on the side of the buildings at the top but on building I went in, which #1 it said Quest in the rear and I took that as it was in the back of that building and spent 10 minutes walking around. Of course I tried to call Quest but it goes to a call center so I spent another 15 minutes waiting to speak to a representative that couldn't help me either. Just frustrating that there were no signs and no way to speak to someone directly to help me find this place.

Doesn’t even earn one star. Staff is very rude & dismissive. Please select a different location for testing and save yourself the stress of dealing with this service!

It's so convenient to set up an appointment on lone and go check in when you get to the office. They are true to their appointment time or very close. They also accept walk ins bot they take care of you after all the appointments are taken care of.

This place is horrible and has poor customer service. I came to my appointment on time and tried checking in using the E-Check in and it stated I didn't have an appointment. After sitting in the waiting room with about 7 other people who were also complaining about the wait, the staff member finally came out. I showed her my confirmation appointment that I made online and she said she didn't see it in her system. She was talking to me as if it was my fault. Never said I'm sorry for the inconvenience I'll bring you back next. She made me an appointment for 12:30 then comes out at 12:20 and says what time was your appointment. I told her you just made it for 12:30 she said I don't see that one either, I'll just bring you back next. Like really, that's what you should have done in the first place.
