“The staff was very friendly and they make sure the go over all costs and contract requirements. The also make sure, you are comfortable with the entire process and that you have their daily hours and the ability to have the pass code to enter the facility during their available hours. The manager Josh was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. The facility was clean. I asked about if they have experienced any flooding and Josh said he has been therexI believe 15 or more years, and nothing has happened.”

“Office staff is AWESOME! Price is fair. The lighting inside the building tho is TERRIBLE in my unit it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to see especially th 2/3 of it that isn't in front of the door I always have to bring a flashlight and there's no way to plug in a light to make it easier. Is prefer at least 1 overhead bulb in a sideways 10x30 unit.”

I cannot recommend Storage Sense in Cleveland enough. From start to finish, the professionalism, compassion, and efficiency of the team—especially Peter and Dora—made an incredibly challenging time in my life feel manageable.

Dora and Peter handled the leasing process with both expertise and kindness, patiently guiding me through options to ensure I selected the perfect unit for my needs. They answered every question thoughtfully and provided clear, organized information, making a stressful decision feel straightforward.
What truly set this experience apart was the genuine care shown by both staff members. During one particularly emotional moment, Peter stepped out from behind the counter, offering heartfelt reassurance that “everything will be okay” and reminding me of my own strength. He consoled me, as I cried; it was just what I needed at that moment. Dora, too, lifted my spirits with her warmth and optimism, ensuring I never felt alone in the process. While working in our unit to clean in out after our move was complete, I stopped in the office several times to use their extremely clean restroom and was always welcomed and treated kindly. For our household move (crew of 5, 2 medium-sized trucks) they were incredibly fast (all furniture from 8 rooms and much packing of kitchen goods and clothing - done in 4 hours, from the time they arrived until they drove off (admittedly the two houses are less than 5 miles apart, but still!), very experienced (not one ding, crack, or bump), skilled (even moved an incredibly awkward and incredibly heavy outdoor sculpture), good natured (always willing to answer a question, never a gruff remark), and a very fair price to boot. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone... far FAR above our expectations!”
