Ineptitude of ineptitude. Don't come here for fingerprinting. Waiting 40 minutes to be told to come back the next day. Come back first thing in the morning and I'm told the machine has been broken for a while. Why doesn't any of the staff know? Why didn't they put a little hand written sign saying no fingerprinting, machine down? Definitely the worst I've experienced.

Horrible location. Rude service. Workers who will make you wait while they take their sweet time. Remember when customer service was key, remember when people would be called from the back to help a long line? Not here anymore

The mailmen straight up lie on there comments for non delivery and will purposely avoid you if you have to have something signed for. Easiest answer is the only answer for this office. And yes. Ik the mailmen belong to this office as I have called to find out

Terrible post office. Driver threw my package twice. Damaging both items worth hundreds of dollars, went there to show the supervisor the ring video of him doing it. And got nothing out of it. Them making “attempts” to deliver my packages is nothing. Them saying i requested my package to be held at the post office since I wasn’t home to claim it, is false. This place is terrible and a bunch of lies. Well done!!

I would give a zero if I could. Worst post office. For the second time I have paid extra money for priority mail and it's taken weeks to get where it's suppose to go. Don't use priority mail. It's a gimmick to have you pay more and it doesn't arrive there any faster. When you call you get an idiot person telling you Sorry but they have no answers as to why it's late and you don't get your money back. DO NOT USE USPS ESPECIALLY THE MIDPARK BRANCH. Not to mention you have to drive through massive construction to get there and twice someone has run into the building with their car. NOT A SAFE PLACE!!!!!

I had a package that they stated was picked up by me on Sat at 7:54pm. The Postal service closes at 2pm on Saturdays. I placed a request for an investigation and have sent multiple emails. Only to get the same auto message that it was picked up. I never located an attempt delivery of any kind. I have recently discovered the same thing is going on for a second package. I'm making a trip up there in the morning. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional on the part of USPS. Thank God for Amazon. Never an issue with them. I believe a thief or improper scanning is in the mist.

From Feasterville PA to Parma OH . Pay $53.74. Was sent Jan 10 and should have received Jan 11 - 6:00pm.
Jan11- Philadelphia distribution center
Jan 13- Cleveland distribution center
Jan 14 -Akron distribution center.
Why did the parcel go to Akron?????

Jamie contacted me and initially I thought I had not received a response so unfortunately I left a survey stating this, but after noticing that I had the missed voicemail I emailed to update that case as I did later receive my package. I know it is the season so a few days late is not the end of the world, just glad I did end up receiving the package and glad there was someone who attempted to contact me even if I missed it.

I renewed my license in April by end of May it never arrived. The DMV sent another copy of my license and I signed up for informed delivery. I can see a photo of the envelope of my license on informed delivery but it never arrived. That means that either USPS is incompetent or someone there is stealing mail. Dmv won't send a third copy without me paying for it. I feel absolutely powerless right now.
