The one thing I think could be addressed, this goes across the board for the 10 different Walgreens I've used to pick up my meds in 2 different states, friendliness. Make me feel more welcomed, I hate my job too but I put on my best poker face when a customer approaches me. I guess I'm just trying to make sure the customer comes back to use our services or is that dumb of me to think that way?

I needed the rabies pre exposure vaccine and the employees in the pharmacy were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to order the vaccine and give it to me the next day with no issues! Unlike other pharmacies.

Pharmacy is still terrible. Very limited hours (close at 5 on weekdays) closed on Saturdays and half the time there is a sign that they don't have a pharmacist so they are closed. They aren't very helpful getting prescriptions elsewhere, you are on your own to call and see if another Walgreens is able to fill it.

Have shown up multiple times in the past few months to it just randomly being closed. I had a physician call in and RX for a family member and went to get it before we left for out of town and they just were “closed for the day”.No notice on their voice mail or anything, still accepting electronic RX’s. I had to get my doctor to call another one to a different pharmacy. Also had an appointment for kids to get a vaccination, we showed up and the gate was down with a note taped to it saying “closed”. No effort was made to contact us to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

The lady named Karen was absolutely vile and disgusting. I get it’s short staffed but maybe you should join your past coworkers who left if you’re going to have a bad attitude. Also I waited 45 minutes when I had a scheduled appointment to receive my booster shot . What’s the point of a appointment if you don’t even abide by the times. Maybe you guys shouldn’t take so many patients if you’re so “understaffed” never again will I come back here service is deplorable

Lady at the pharmacy today (Cashier/Tech)was flat out rude. I get it, customer service isn’t an easy job but if you’re going to be crabby and rude you may want to look into another line of work.
