So DYLAN is so knowledgeable and helpful...he went above and beyond for Western Union...the lady called Karen shouldn't be a manager or supervisor...so is so rude and lazy and doesn't know much about their services ..she shouldn't be a team lead.....DYLAN I recommend as the most helpful individual I met there

Was refused $5 EZfare pay with cash reload for failing to produce a drivers license. This is not required for this transaction. The cashier does not understand how to use their register properly.
