Dad went through the drive-thru for his prescriptions and, while I'm APPALLED at the cost of his blood thinner (regular price is over $2000.00 for 90 day supply...SICKENING) it's not the fault of the staff here. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful, and the store is normally very clean and well stocked. One thing that SERIOUSLY needs to be addressed is the condition of the driveway up to the drive-thru window. You can FISH in the potholes!! Think I'm kidding? Take a look for yourself...they are SHOCKINGLY HUGE, and UNAVOIDABLE if you need the drive-thru. What's worse is that it's been like this for YEARS and STILL hasn't been addressed.

Switched here from Rite Aid after it closed and have had no problem so far. Their app makes refilling prescriptions a lot easier, and you can keep track of when your next prescription will be filled because it tells you on the app. Was even able to schedule a tetanus shot over night on there so my fiancé could get it in the morning after an accident.

This is the World's Worst CVS!!! The pharmacy department is nasty beyond nasty. The young women are smug and rude. Go ANYWHERE besides this place. CVS should be ashamed!

CVS absolutely sucks they should’ve been the ones to close not rite aid they can’t even fill a order while your there it takes a hours don’t waste your time if it wasn’t the only place in middlefeild I would never use them again

I showed up at this store sick as a dog. Laura the customer service girl went above and beyond to get everything I needed and to make sure I was comfortable as possible. I never even had to leave my vehical. She did all the shopping for me and brought it to the drive-thru. I want to say thank you.

They state 1 to 2 day covid test results. Then when you call they say 2 to 5 days. It's been 6 days with no update. Very poor service

Scheduled two covid test because the first one never went through and they didn’t take confirmation codes for either one and wouldn’t even bother with their time to help me figure out why. The service there is far from excellent, will never return.

Those people who work in the pharmacy area are friendly, can answer questions, and take care of you speedily if at all possible. The front area where you can pay for everything except prescriptions is well organized. The store is always clean and most of the people who work up front are friendly.

First time ever going there, I had to get an antibiotic. The ran my insurance and told me that it ends on the 1st so I have to pay (which I already knew was wrong) but being sick and wanting to just go home I paid and left. Called my insurance company the next day to make sure everything is still active and going to stay that way, everything is perfect with my insurance. I called cvs back and explained what they told me when I got my medication. Turns out they don’t even accept my insurance. Instead of telling me that, so I could go to a different pharmacy, they lied to me and told me that my insurance ends and I would have to pay. They completely scammed me out of my money and there’s no way I would be able to get it back. I’m never going there again
