My pharmacy for years, I don't even have to give my name, they know who I am and have my scripts ready when I walk up. Always helpful and friendly.

Negative a million stars. Never coming here again, neither are my family and friends. I was verbally abused and stripped of my human rights today here by a manager and employee after they stopped the girl ringing up my two items. I am medically exempt from wearing a face mask and I was yelled at and cornered for trying to finish purchasing my items and leave. It took longer for him to yell at me four inches from my face than to finish my transaction and leave. How is it that I can walk around and touch things and be next to customers but I cannot slide my card and purchase things? I'm extremely offended by the interaction I had today. I do not feel okay being discriminated against. This was OBVIOUSLY not about the safety of the people. This was about discrimination and control. This store is basically run by nazis. I will be taking further action against them. I have NEVER been denied my right to purchase anything. This is supposed to be the "land of the free" and all I see everywhere is oppressed masked silenced people being tricked into evil rituals by covering their own beautiful faces with blue cancer causing masks. (yes they have an asbestos like chemical that causes cancer in them, do research!) And forget about "home of the brave" because every person masked is living in fear of something that isn't what they are being programmed to believe it is. This is the saddest thing I've ever seen. Take off your muzzles, DO SOME RESEARCH!! No mainstream information will help you. Brake free and wake up!! If you don't know where to look start by going to Brighteon.com, I am not affiliated with this site I just like to know the truth they tell. I seriously can't believe what just happened to me at giant N*** eagle... I will take a video next time as I was too caught off guard being attacked verbally and physically blocked in (when he wanted me to leave?!)

So awful there today. Every Amish person in the store did not have a mask on. Management used to reinforce it..... apparently no more. I can walk to the Middlefield Giant Eagle. Will not patronize them any more. Thank God I am a 15 minute drive from Chardon Giant Eagle. A beautiful store and masks REQUIRED. I have lived in Middlefield for 20 years. This particular store has always been a dump. Shame on them for not protecting the health of their shoppers, and most of all employees.

Pharmacist and most of the staff are great, but there is one lady who is extremely unhappy and wants everyone around her to be negatively affected by it. The last thing I need in the middle of a crisis with my child is some vindictive disgruntled person handling my medication and challenging my patience. Why would a miserable person choose to work in the service industry?

Don’t shop here unless you like cashiers who roll their eyes at you & make you feel belittled!

This branch feels like going back in time 10-20 years ago. It is the smallest Giant Eagle I have ever visited, doesn't have much current or healthy food items, the produce section is tiny and is often full of wilted items, and there are no self-checkout lines. I live close by this one, but make the drive to the Chardon, Bainbridge, or Solon Giant Eagle stores for a modern and more enjoyable shopping experience with better selections.

This Giant Eagle is smaller than others within driving distance. However, because they're local, they're convenient. Sometimes I'm not able to find the same items at this location vs another. On a most recent visit, we went shopping for items to complete our thanksgiving day feast. Giant Eagle seemed to have some of the better prices compared to other grocery stores. Not everything was cheaper, but a majority of the items were. We needed to pick up a turkey, side fixings, condiments, random veggies, household items and bread - you know, for the stuffing. The main reason for our visit was for the turkey, they were offering their brand turkeys for $0.49 a pound. This was nearly half of other competitors pricing. We noticed they had carried a bread by a name brand specifically made for "stuffing". It was un-sliced, more dense, about 16 oz vs 20oz worth of product for $0.99 - same price as the Giant Eagle white sliced bread. We figured we would try it.. 8 loaves later, we moved on to grab our other items & then headed to the checkout. We weren't asked for our loyalty card, or phone number. When I mentioned it, the lady said whenever we were ready we could tell it to her so she could add it. The items were rang up & we were given our total, it seemed fairly higher than the math I did in my head.. neither here nor there, I forgot to give her my phone number so she could pull my loyalty information. She also didn't ask for it.. both our faults. When I checked the screen in front of me, I noticed the bread rang up at $2.49 PER loaf. When we selected the bread from the shelf, it was marked at only $0.99. She said no problem, she called a manager over for a price check. The manager seemed bothered, but went to check the price for us. Several minutes later.. which seemed forever long since the bread isle wasn't that far away from the checkout area.. she returned. She informed us that the bread was placed in the wrong area on the shelf. The actual price is $2.49 per loaf, not $0.99. She didn't say sorry, she didn't offer to price match it, she didn't offer anything. She literally walked away without a word. She took a while in the isle because she actually moved ALL of the product during this time. Instead of returning to us with the pricing and moving it afterwards. We had several people behind us in line that wasn't too happy either. We kindly asked the cashier to remove all 8 loaves from our bill, we didn't want to pay such a large difference. She was quiet about it, read us the new total and we paid so we could leave. We ended up getting bread elsewhere. $7.92 total vs $19.92 = $12 difference that actually paid for our 22 lb turkey.... Anyways, make sure to check the sale signs.. read them fully. Just because the items are behind those signs.. don't mean that they belong there. Pay attention to your bill as it's rung up. The management doesn't seem to care much about the way the store here is ran.

This pharmacy is the best . They make you feel like a person not just a prescription .
