Karl's Jewelry is an old, tried and true business in Middlefield. The owner is very nice, honest, forthright, and wonderful to work with. They offer a great job with a variety of different jewelry needs, from completely custom engagement rings to new wedding bands, resizing rings, and replacing watch batteries. They have a great selection of beautiful pieces to buy in the store. For repairs, they send jewelry to someone else who does the work, providing an estimate so customers can decide. Prices are reasonable. The service is friendly and helpful, with all questions answered. They communicate everything along the purchase process and items arrive as scheduled. Work is impressive, with repaired pieces looking better than when originally purchased. Customers are very happy and would highly recommend. Note that you have to park in the back, and hours are limited, so check online or call.

Lisa does a really great job with a variety of different jewelry needs, from resizing rings to replacing watch batteries and her prices are reasonable. I always go to Karl’s when I have a jewelry need.

My 25 year old wedding ring needed a whole new head & when I received it back it looked better than when my husband purchased it while in the USVI way back then! Very impressed & would highly recommend!
