Worst auto care ever. Beware of the manager, George, and a tech named Alex. Honestly, when I called to complain I had the feeling George wasn't giving me his real name, or the tech's name. Steer clear of this place - very shady.

Have scheduled an appointment here two different times and came in and they never put me in the system so they had my spot filled for someone else. Very poor service and bad communication skills

Well so much for walk-ins anymore now you have to have appointments but at least they usually get you in and out fairly soon

I had my car serviced at Auto Care Center, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service. From the moment I entered their facility, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.The technicians demonstrated excellent knowledge and expertise. They took the time to explain the issues with my car in a clear and understandable manner, providing me with options and recommendations for repairs. I appreciated their transparency and honesty throughout the process.Moreover, the work performed on my car was top-notch. The repairs were completed efficiently and effectively, and I could immediately feel the improvement in my car's performance. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my vehicle upon its return. I was told my oil change would be $53 with tax and when I went to pay it was $11 more than what I was told because THEY were out of the oil filter THEY should have had stocked and charged me for it and never notified me. When I spoke with the manager all he told me was that he would use this as training. I was going to buy groceries with the extra $25 i had and couldn't because of that and he could have cared less. I asked him what they would have done had I not had the money to pay for it and he couldn't answer me! I will be calling the general manager of this store because when you order groceries from Walmart and they are out they will either replace it with a larger item or a different brand at no charge and if there is no replacement, notifies you. That is what should have been done here in this case and yes I understand $11 is not a lot but what if I needed that for diapers and formula and had to choose, because as he told me once the filter is off they can't put it back on. The employees yes messed up but this was extremely POOR management and very disappointing to see he wasn not budging on even giving me store credit for the inconvenience... Although he was pretty proud to tell me they credited the invoice $1.87 for the difference if the cost in oil filter!!! ??Service: Oil change

Love going there for oil changes and tire rotations, they also are good for cheaper brand tires, only thing is go inside to schedule an appointment. Hard to get them them answer the phone

Had a wheelbarrow tire that lost air and came off the rim. Took a shot at seeing if they could get it back on the rim, otherwise a new one was 30 dollars. After a few trys they got the tire reseated on the rim. The guys in the tire n lube middlefield are awesome. Thank you so much

After a super disappointing experience at the Elm Rd Walmart I called Middlefield and was super impressed. They got me in immediately and were super friendly. I’ll most likely never go anywhere else.
