Horrible customer service. The guy is out to make a nickel without worry of anything other than that. Pulled 15 ft enclosed trailer out 2 weeks before expiration and he contacted me one month after expiration and is charging me for 2 additional months. What a joke!!

Its new and clean as well as well lit however it is not 24 hours. The gate will not open in or out at 11 p.m.
