William didn’t do his job , was scheduled for a install on the 21st for direct tv no one came or called was told the order wasn’t put in the system, I wasn’t even given an order number at the store totally unacceptable

What ever you do , never use AT&T they will lie to you just to get you to switch every since that I change to them its been a nightmare. Please do not use the Middletown store that were the nightmare started

Switched from Verizon to AT&T recently. Nothing including price, is what they said it would be. Went to an AT&T store for help and was insulated by the staff. I made a big mistake in switching.
