I wanted to give Big KUDOOs’ to Russell C.!!!’
He went above and beyond to help me when I came into the store needing a battery.
They even help put the battery in my car.
I would greatly recommend this store, Russell and the other gentleman working with him on

So I was just in this location and while in front of customers one of your mangers started belittling an employee who I saw myself was busy stocking something. It was Chris Myer, The manager. The employee Joe M, Was nice and clearly working. Such a horrible manager and management. I felt the need to jump in and say something and then the manager, Chris, started arguing with me.

Happen to be in town and came in to be greeted by Christopher M. He was so great to work with. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in detail to where it made sense to me. Damon at store #710 is exactly the type of person that should be a store manager or at least in management, he is a problem solver that makes me keep buying from auto zone . I really appreciate his management skills and willingness to help the customer ,I only wish you had a person like home at every store.i am Bill from saint amotive and i do mobil automotive and he is why I stay on commercial account at auto zone and in fact store 710 is about to be my home store because of his problem solving skills and professional attributes

As long as you know what you're looking for it's a good place to go if you go in there and buy something you better have the old part with you because they'll give you the wrong part they have no idea what they're doing they'll hire anybody none of them know anything and they're so thirsty that if you go in the store and you just tell him you want to look around you know I like to go in stores and look around you know and see what they got I don't always just go there just to buy a certain thing I want to see what they got well look at the cleaners I want to look at the wiper blades they have you know they might have something I want to get for my car but these guys they want to follow you around the store I hate that if I tell you I'm good then don't follow me around the store don't keep asking me what I want if I want your help I'm going to come up and ask you but at least give me the right part I went and bought an alternator from them brought it home put it on and it it's making noises so I called him and I said well it's making noises and they said well it's got a lifetime warranty so when it breaks again just bring it back to us and we'll give you another one wow that's what I want to change it every other day or once a week

I went to your location today and I was very impressed with your staff. The young man was having computer issues and didn't let that stop him from taking great care of me. He changed the battery in my key fob no hesitation and ran a diagnostic test for me. It was raining and wet and he went above and beyond for me. I appreciate his kindness and I wish I got his name. He is a true blessing thank you sir
