I was really disappointed with my experience today. There was a long line of about 12 people, and only one employee was doing checkout. The line moved extremely slowly, and it took far too long for each customer to be served. What made it more frustrating was that no additional staff were called to help, even though it was clearly busy. Better staffing or quicker response during peak times would make a big difference for customers.

Since they remodeled seem like the store items went down. Looks like they opened the doors for a tornado hit. Can find anything, sizes are not organized. Probably won't visit this location anymore.

I recommend not visiting this place because the things there can be found anywhere else and when you have to go pay the line is huge and you have to wait for hours because there are only two cashiers for all the people there.

Just walked out of Burlington, While the inside of the store is under renovation, I still was able to find a few things that I needed. But as I’m walking out, there are two employees standing in front of the store, smoking marijuana… You can smell it. A girl named Katie and a heavyset guy with dark hair and glasses. I’ll never return to Burlington. Not this particular one anyways.

Burlington has great deals on brand-name clothing and shoes. The store can get messy, but the savings are worth it. Good value for the price!
