This is not an actual full service bank and it would be helpful if there was more signage outside and online to make it more clear that most banking actions cannot be completed before wasting everyone's time going to this location thinking they are going to a bank.

The world would be a better place if this location would just shut down. I deposit thousands and thousands of dollars every month. Your temporarily closures have become a huge inconvenience. A couple times is one thing. This location closes whenever they deem necessary with no heads up or notification to their customers. You have wasted my time and fuel for the last time. Hopefully West Chester will serve me better or I’ll just move my money elsewhere instead of banking with clowns.

This place is a joke. The so called bankers informed me that the only way to withdraw money at this location is to use the ATM. They do not accept checks or withdrawal slips. All the drive thru banking is closed and boarded up. The ATMs are down a lot so basically it is a pretend bank. It seems pretty shady to me. Come on chase bank. Do better.

Terrible. Not a bank! Every time i try to withdraw cash (3times in the past month) both atms outside can’t do anything, can’t accept cash, dispense, or anything. And i cant go inside either because they’re closed until 9! Basically, just holding my money hostage. With no way for me to get it.

What a waste chase is doing paying the very few employees they have here to just direct customers to one atm inside. And the health and wellness seal on the door is a joke.

This is no longer a bank. It is basically an indoor ATM. I tired to deposit cash into my account and the teller/banker stated they could not do it, I would have to use the ATM machine. As soon as you walk in, they direct you to the single ATM machine located directly in front of the counter where there used to be three tellers. Outside of directing you to the ATM machine, I'm not sure what they can actually do at this branch

I've been a Fifth Third customer all my life as an adult but I had a few bad experiences and finally decide to give my husband's thank a try. I've had nothing but good experiences here. Also like the fact that my credit card from Chase I can just easily come in and pay the person. Since covid-19 sings changed of course the drive-thru is no longer open. You can't give them money and they can't give you money everything's through the ATM. I don't see the difference between handing them a check and heading them money. It's not like either one is sterile we're not been touched by you. Since covid-19 total remodeled instead of walking up to the bank counter they have desks no counter at all there's a like an ATM kiosk thing in the front of the bank where the counter used to be. I haven't been inside a bank since so it was what kind of threw me a little bit. But the times I've dealt with the employees at Chase they've been efficient and polite which is the opposite of what Fifth Third was
