We needed a storage do to an immediate and unexpected move, Prestige Storage- Middletown was the cheapest at that given time for the size of unit we needed and it was available at the time of needing it. They have been understanding and super sweet. I would recommend this place to my family and friends and even strangers. I feel as if my belongings are safe and secure. Also, there is an option to pay through the app which makes it super easy when you're on the go all the time with kids and or work makes it convenient for sure.

In the beginning the business was good. Over time it has gone downhill. They raise their prices without a warning. They force their own unwanted products, for another price hike and expect us to deal with it. Yes, I get inflation but my hourly work rate does not inflate as rapid as these rates do. Not sure how much longer they will receive my business.

Very reasonable pricing. I shopped around their pricing was the cheapest for my size unit, another storage wanted the same amount of money sor a smaller unit. Service was great, very friendly. Win Win...

Love this storage place they are friendly and understanding. If your having trouble paying they work with you. They are very clean and private. I highly recommend if you need a storage unit to go hear they are the best in town.
