“Love this place for exercise and meeting up with friends for class. The Cafe always seemed sketchy as the wait staff would be taking care of family, friends and coworkers before serving the customers. The food was always tasty but unfortunately it has closed.”
“In my opinion, Middletown Lyric Theater is the best community theatre in Greater Cincinnati. Charley Shafor, managing artistic director, never disappoints in putting on thought provoking plays. You will leave the theater challenged and remembering the production days after the show!! Bravo Charley, Bravo!! ? ?”

“After our home district was a disaster for our daughter.. I did lots of research, tours, phone calls… I gave my trust to abilities first and their staff to not only teach my daughter but to treat her with kindness, compassion and patience . They did just that, plus some. We started with their summer program and are now in their preschool. And I have to say every part of this place has exceeded our expectations. My daughter has grown socially and academically. She begs to go to school and we feel safe bringing her every day. Grateful is an understatement!!”

“Stayed in Winter of 2017 and they helped out a lot. Offers IOP, counseling, case managers were great, a work program, Bible study, nutrition class, and money management. The case managers helped you get any missing documentations, give out bus tokens to get where you need to be. Only negative thing is Emelia and she said something so rude about my relationship with my father... I stopped talking during my sessions and group.
Stayed again in Winter of 2018, a new lady Tammy was running the place. Rules were less strict about kicking people out for drug use on the property or failed drug tests, which is a HUGE trigger for most seeing someone nodding off at the kitchen table. Case Managers were still great, one took me to a hearing in Dayton last time and she also took me to the airport after my time was up. We did a lot more activities for Christmas, had a yoga instructor come in and we were able to go to the YMCA. Only negative things were nobody is allowed to have a sense of humor and joke about stupid past mistakes we made, guess it triggered some people. Everyone had a problem with Janice they let her go.
Now as of 10-2025, I saw that Tammy is the director at Serve City (explains a lot tbh). New Owner and didn't see that Dr. Foster is no longer there. Just curious how they're placing single mothers and single men and women when cuts are being done for housing?”
“Small museum with pieces you can't find at larger ones. Very friendly and knowledgable pilots and assistants. We enjoyed see all the memoir and model planes. We took a ride on the little red one with Sherman as our pilot. He was very nice and informative and made us comfortable. How cool was that flight! My partner got to control the plane for a bit and learn about all the instruments. It was a clear but windy day so the ride was a bit bumpy but it was fun!”
