Called to have them fill an antibiotic that was sent to CVS in the middle of the night by an urgent care, only to have this location's EXTREMELY rude pharmacist argue with me and say he will not fill it. This is the only 24 hour CVS pharmacy within 45 minutes of our home. When I asked why they can't fill it, he became even more argumentative and actually hung up on me. As a healthcare provider myself, I was left in shock. No wonder my patients tell me how much they hate CVS. Looks like we're switching to Walgreens again! Worst customer service you can imagine and when people's health is at stake it's unacceptable.

The pharmacy staff here are extremely rude and show disregard for their customers. It doesn't matter if it's a life saving medication they are in no hurry to fill it and it could take a literal week. This is a consistent issue for them at this location. They are not educated in their own field and are unable to tell you how to proceed when a prescription issue arises. I would not recommend if I could give them 0 stars I would. They should do better,

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been going here for the past few weeks to pick up prescriptions for work. They are extremely rude. One of the pharmacy employees names is Melissa, she is the absolute worst. She actually tried to accuse me of doing something illegal even to get out of doing her job today. After she repeatedly told me they were short staffed (not my issue) and refused to look up the list of medication pick ups I was there to get. Sometimes it takes them days, or even weeks to fill prescriptions. Also several times they have billed insurance before the prescription is even ready for pick up, which makes it impossible to transfer. Calling corporate Monday. This lady alone is probably the reason they are understaffed and not even rated 3 stars. Thank god for cellphone’s and video.

My regular pharmacy didn't have my medication so I had to call around to other pharmacies to see if they had it. Never had to do this before and didn't know the exact mg or ml. When I called I tried to explain the situation and the woman I spoke with was very short with me even though I was just trying to figure out what I needed to do to get my medication. Even talked to the supervisor and he was just as rude.

I find things are slightly more expensive at CVS, but no higher than any other pharmacy. I'm usually willing to pay the extra 10-15% tho, to save the time and hassle of shopping at, say, Walmart or Meijer. They have a great selection of beauty products and some specific first aid and health care items those bigger places may not carry.

Rude employees - pharmacist, etc. Have done business with this pharmacy for years - if my insurance would cover another pharmacy I'd move my business elsewhere asap. Obviously most everyone else who has rated this facility has the same opinions. Don't know how this particular location stays in business. Why doesn't CVS Corporate do anything about it with all of these extremely low ratings from customers????

This CVS has the worst customer service I have ever experienced EVER. I was told by the Dr who sent the prescription that they were open until 11 when I called to see if it was ready they said they closed at 6. So I rushed to get there to get medicine I needed, called them to ask them if they could wait for 1 extra minute because of the mix up. They wouldn’t. I arrived at 6:01. They pharmacists were still there when I got there.I’ve had other problems with them in the past being charged incorrectly but said they “didn’t know how to give me a refund”. It’s one thing to make a mistake & apologize, it’s another to say, sorry about your luck we can’t do anything. Maybe the employees should be taught how to do a basic refund?The Management clearly doesn’t encourage good customer service and it absolutely shows! The proof is in all the other bad reviews!It really is crazy to see, that when the top (management) don’t care about kindness how it trickles down to the rest of the employees. When you see a business that is kind & shows care for its customers it’s usually because the leaderships positivity infects the others.I’m will not go to this store again. The employees are just beyond unhelpful, so unkind & just outright rude.I’m glad I got my prescription transferred because I don’t want to give them any of my money ever again. I’d rather spend it at a store that is helpful & polite.I will not return to this store. I hope more people do the same so that they begin realizing that good customer service in the end is what helps a business to prosper.

Worst customer service ever. Pharmacist rude. She hung up on my Dr twice while she was attempting to get my prescription filled. Bad service for years. Keeps getting worse.

10 years coming to this location. It has continuously gone down hill. Final straw was today, my Dr called in my prescription 2 days ago... went in to pick it up. Now YOU have to call (even when the dr sends it in, which they have always filled no problem) and they gave no warning. Finally switching pharmacies.

This CVS location on Breiel has been beyond disappointing .Terrible. The staff has no clue what’s going on, they will tell you that your prescription will be filled by specific day & ready by a certain time, but when you arrive to show up they will say it’s not ready, or out of stock. I’ve got the run around for the last 4 days. I completely understand being short staffed, but they should at least have better communication & knowledge about inventory. They changed their hours & are only drive thru only for the majority of the time as well. This makes the line wrapped around the store & you can’t get into the parking lot. I feel sorry for other people who may need their medicine right away. Save yourself the disappointment & time & fill your prescription with another store. I wouldn’t even give them this one star, but I had to just to leave the review.

They close at 10, I was in line at 9:45. There were a few cars in front of me. By the time I get to the window, it is 10:00 on the dot and they shut the window on me and put cardboard up to block the view. I just wasted my time and gas money for nothing. There was no other cars behind me and it was literally 10:00 on the dot and they still chose to not help me and to just shut the window right on me. Wow.
