I left my Playstation 4 there in 2023 to be repaired with a promise that I would get a call back in a week or so with the estimate. To make a long story short, I have been up there and called multiple times, always with promises of soon. I foolishly gave him $70 for the repair a month or so afterwards, even though signs pointed towards a bad ending.
I just went there today, and the place is seems closed, looking through the window at a point where the tarp is not up, it looks empty. I suppose my money and console are gone for good now.

Took my laptop in on 4/25/23 and was told it would be fixed within a week. I am writing this on 5/31/23 over a month later and I still do not have my laptop. I had to pay almost $200 ahead of time so they could order the part. I’ve called several times and got no answer. I went to go into the shop to ask about my computer and there was tarps over the windows and I was told they were shut down. I’ve since tried everything I could to get ahold of the owner but I’ve still heard nothing back. If D&D/Cybertechs opens at a new location I would urge everyone to steer clear. The employees are nice but the owner(Ed Hall) is a thief. I will update if Ed Hall will make this right and refund me and give me my laptop back.

Highly do not recommend this scam artist, so heres the story. Went in to have a possible motherboard replaced ,i know quite a bit about PC's but didnt want to do the work and didnt do the first step and test RAM, i had reseated the ram but not test each stick. When i went in i was told it was confirmed MOBO was fried, so i ended up buying a rig they had built in the main area for around 550 bucks. When i went to pick up the computer things were added a sound card that dated back to early 2000's 2002 to be exact this thing was worthless yet was trying to charge me 30 bucks for it, even proceeeded to try to keep my old computer which i took and a buddy and i decided to figure out where the issue was first test on ram and it was one bad stick. So he basically lied to make a sell and was going to keep my old parts to rip the next person off. This was confirmed from people were his friends back in the day said he preyed on folks he thought knew nothing, well he ripped off the wrong guy. Steer very clear of this business they are not reputable at all. Shame he/they legally own a business at all.

So I think it was 1/18/2023 I took my PC in they found out what the problem was so I give them money to but new part couple weeks go by I call they are like it should be done on Friday and then Friday comes and then I call they say ys it's not done so give us like until next Friday so I do same thing happens as of 4/13/23 I still haven't got my PC I been calling and I just get no answer bad company they all tell lies don't belive them

Ed & Jennifer of Cybertechs are honest, credible people. I bought a used Dell Inspiron in January 2021 for a very decent price. Six months later, I took my computer back to Cybertechs to install a faster internal drive. I use this computer for personal and college and it is running fine.

Lies about offering credit financing, was approved then told I cant take the item with me while the lease starts and I make a payment, quickly left and canceled the lease. Sells old computer parts/hardware for way higher than they should be. Owners/Operators are also very unprofessional. Please don't spend your money here this is a horrible shop. Microcenter will sell you newer hardware for around similar prices as this shop sells old hardware. And are 20x more professional.
