Worst towing co I had to deal with today. I didn't ev get passed the phone call. This was our contact. I'll let you decide. Deitz-- Deitz hello ME-- Hello I need to get a estimate of a tow for a 2013 Lincoln MKS From here to there. My address and where it broke down. It's only 3.9 miles. Well it's 250$ but I bet you won't get a tow from anyone in town till this evening. Then he laugha. Weird o. Well go to M and Ms it cost me 65$ and he gave us a ride and was so cool. I called lots of places and M &Ms was there in 15 minutes.

The people were very courteous and prompt in the places they were to meet you at. They were also very helpful in letting me get personal items out of the car.

My grandmother was a victim in a hit-and-run vehicle accident in Middletown. This is who towed the car. This man definitely not a people person. Very Square. As I was getting her belongings from inside her totaled vehicle he was watching every move I made. I was only Gathering my grandmother's things. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Never once caught this man with a smile or any expressions for that matter. Hopefully if urs ever gets towed you don't get towed to DIETZ towing.
