It was busy when I visited and even though I had a million questions and needed a bit of time the guy didn't rush me at all. He answered everything expertly and everyone was welcoming. Great customer service and I could've spent another hour just shopping around.

Huge selection of accessories.Staff is knowledgeable of products and are very helpful. All of the questions I had about my purchase were answered in a way that made it very easy to understand. I highly recommend this establishment and plan to make it a regular stop when I'm in the area.

It’s truly the best smoke shop for several miles around. I moved from Middletown and still always come here first ❤️ I pass a couple smoke shops on the way too lol and I usually don’t care for smoke shops and the workers but Dixie has it all; Great products and friendly knowledgeable staff! The young man who waited on me, was exceptionally polite and professional. He made my visit enjoyable at best. I came in to buy a few packs of cigarettes and bought a whole carton instead. This place has everything you need or are looking for plus their prices are great.

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. This shop has been my go-to for nearly all my purchases for around 3 years. The atmosphere is incredibly warming for customers and the service is immaculate, kudos to this incredible shop! Moe is an awesome guy!!
