It took me some running around to get the rental squared away due to the fact I was using a cash app card that enterprise does not accept, (at least the Middletown Ohio location doesn't) However, the staff were all very helpful and friendly with the entire process. When returning the vehicle, I misunderstood the holiday hours and extra charges but again the staff was extremely helpful with getting it sorted out and even gave me some of my deposit back and also offered to give me a gas credit for the overfilled level upon return. I was so pleased with the costumer service that I kindly passed on the offer. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Couldn't recommend more! Thanks again everyone at the Middletown Ohio location for the great costumer service!

I always have a good experience when dealing with the Middletown location. There is an employee there named Chris who was very professional and has great customer service. I have recommended this location to my family and friends. My sister rented from there the very day I returned my rental. ? ?

I was shocked by how well mannered and good looking the 3-4 employees were at this location. They were well dressed and very kind and courteous. Being in there was like an oasis. I did notice however that the windows had a blue tint and was really quite depressing just fyi you may wanna remove that. I don’t know why a company would want to tint and already dreary view of Middletown, Ohio blue. Like here is out blue dreary town.

Enterprise Middletown was great! I had a long rental due to an accident that took a while to get my vehicle repaired. They worked with my insurance and I had No problems at all! I'd definitely recommend them!! Thanks Enterprise Middletown!!

I had to get 2 rentals in the span of a month because issues with my car were getting fixed, but both times, this place had great customer service on how they handled things. I was impressed because the issues came from the customers, but on both occasions, the way first a guy handled the customer, then a female was very professional. They had to clean up a rental before I could take it, and they got that done quickly too.

Asking for employer names and numbers and family names and numbers to pick up an insurance paid rental.I made a reservation over two weeks ago with my insurance paying for a large SUV. Enterprise gave me a small sedanUpdate: went back after work and got moved up to a larger vehicle. Much improved

It is not terrible. But if I could give you one piece of advice. If you are in an accident and the person at fault has USAA insurance, do not let them talk you into getting the dw/cdw protection. Just use your own insurance. Check with your adjuster before getting anything optional.

I had an appointment to be picked up at the body shop at 10am. At 10:10am I called because I was apparently forgotten about. I was told someone would be there in 15min. I waited until 10:45am, still no pickup. I called again and was told that someone did stop by but was told I wasn't there. Well, no one came into the body shop and actually ASKED for me so how is that supposed to work? So they send out "another" person. I finally get picked up at 11am, 1 HOUR after my original scheduled pickup time, plus the young man who actually came into the bodyshop didn't even know my name so he wasn't sure who he was there for. Then I finally get to Enterprise and wait another hour before leaving at 12pm with my vehicle. I appreciated the service while interacting with Ryan but the experience as a whole was frustrating.
