Customer service was AMAZING! Faith, the front desk personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable about storage space. ONLY negative was the space unit provided had a pre-existing hole in the ceiling. I IMMEDIATELY informed Faith, where there was a picture taken for record purposes. However, the storage unit was clean and easily accessible.

Rented a storage space online. We pulled up and noticed a sign on door that it was lunch time. We attempted to find storage space on our own but was unable to do so. I called the office and Faith answered the phone. She told us that she would help us find our space. Quickly she pulled up on golf cart to assist us. Thanks Faith for all your assistance and kindness.

Extra Space Storage is great to work with...especially Faith working at the 909 Elliot facility in Middletown OH. Friendly and honest, they offer space at appropriate rates in a secure and safe environment. 5 stars...I would recommend Extra Space to any and all storage renters!

Have only had my storage unit for 5 months and they have raised price twice! The online price is misleading. They don’t like to honor it!

Good space to store your items. Facility is locked down. The cost does go up per year drastically. However, you do not have to worry about your items being stolen

Spoke with Dan on the phone about my rental needs and he was professional, knowledgeable, patient and ready to assist. However, I wasn't quite ready to rent a space, but because of Dan and his customer service, I'll definitely recommend to others or rent when I'm ready.
