first time ever going to the place.(mind you i do my own nails but i wanted some treatment for once.) seemed very cool at first and close to home. but then as soon as i sat in the chair i knew i got the wrong person or that this just wasn’t the place for me. i asked for french tips and i got charged for special shapes bc i told her i didn’t want just a white strip over my nail i wanted it to go down my nail too. the shaping of the nails? terrible i wanted to take the file and do it myself. then i told her i wanted a color on the french tip and when she showed me the book of colors i sat there for not even 10 secs and she was telling me to hurry up she’s busy. she did not touch my cuticles at all. that’s ridiculous as well. also tips are not even. also i had the owner of the store?!!!!! how?? my friend on the other hand had a worse experience than me. the guy she had was talking shit about her tattoos the whole time and told her they look like the ink is coming out and they are to close together and he’s seen so much better. who do they think they are. absolutely crazy to say the least! to top it all off i spent $90 something dollars!!!!🤯

I went in for a walk in French manicure, not only did the nail tech make me feel bad for picking at my nails due to anxiety (he mentioned it-over and over) they disregarded what I asked for and gave me the wrong base color, I left unsatisfied. I have white nail polish ALL over my nails and skin around my nails and glue up to the first knuckle. I’ve always gave the benefit of the doubt and I come home and try my best to fix it but $80 is a lot to spend on nails that you’re not happy with. I even tipped $15, do not come here if you’re looking for good quality nails.

I don’t usually complain, but the way I was treated, plus the way my nails turned out, it feels warranted. My whole experience was just awful. To start, I called ahead early Sunday afternoon to see if they had any openings for two walk ins full acrylic sets that day. The lady on the phone assured me that they had time, so my friend and I drove there. We walked in and were rudely greeted by an older lady. I thought she said “do you have an appointment”. I replied, “ no I don’t have an appointment just walk ins”. I thought I was being very respectful. She said “ Yeah I know what can I do for you”. Then after I said we were just looking to get two full sets of acrylic. Then I was told to sign in, without any instruction but it was easy to figure out so we signed in. We waited a little while which I expected. The lady yelled from across the store that she was ready for one us. So I walked over she asked how I was doing and I said good, how are you? No reply. While she was doing my nails I showed her an inspo picture and she seemed confident that she could do it. So I was very happy. While doing my nails, not a word was said to me. She was constantly texting and calling people, chatting with her coworkers, and just giving me a smug look. I just thought maybe she doesn’t want to talk to me that’s perfectly okay, I just want my back to school nails to be cute. Once my nails were glued and shaped I noticed a piece hanging off of my thumb, and when I asked her to fix it, she seemed annoyed. I also noticed one of my nails being crooked but I didn’t dare say anything about that. After my nails were done, I was feeling like a bother, and my nails didn’t come out like I wanted. Normally I would just go on about my day, but her service was just terrible. So she called my friend over to do her nails. With my friend she was laughing and giggly the whole time, talking to her and making conversation. I just sat there confused as to what I did wrong. While sitting there I decided to ask her if she would just paint blue all over my nails, because I was paying a lot for these and wasn’t happy with the product. I asked her as she was finishing up if she wouldn’t mind going over them. Again, she acted annoyed and offended that I didn’t like them. I said that they just weren’t for me, not saying anything bad about her artwork. I guess she had an appointment after us or something and the lady waiting came up to her and told her she had to leave so she would reschedule her appointment. The nail tech got mad at me and said that she just lost and client and was basically blaming me. Yes, I should’ve asked her before she finished the design and that is on me, but why would you take two full walk ins and have an appointment waiting? That is why I had called ahead. So she angrily painted over my nails, and noticed that some shaping wasn’t right or something and fixed those, while mouthing on about how she just lost a client. I told her sorry multiple times. Finally, my nails were done and I had a $20 in my purse to personally tip her, but after the final comment about her client I decided not to tip. It was a decision of anger, and I feel bad because that is her income, but the disrespect and pure unprofessionalism she had with me, had me almost in tears. I was charged $88 so I tapped my card and walked right out not even waiting for my friend. When I walked out, she proceeded to talk about me to my friend. Apparently saying that I’m the reason she lost a client and how I should have let her know. Mind you she charged my friend $75 for more design then was on mine. I’ve heard good things about this place and was very excited, but unfortunately it was not a good experience. All the other nail techs were laughing and joking with their clients, and they all seemed genuinely sweet. But the one that I got might have just had a bad day. I won’t be going back, but I do suggest the other nail techs that work there. I’m not sure if I did something to upset mine or what, overall just not for me.

The person who did my daughter feet did a good job but the person who did mine just did mine because he was here I don't see no difference in my feet this is my first time here but 2nd time getting my feet done and the first time I still didn't have dead skin still on my feet just not worth it I feel like I was robbed

I have been a loyal customer for ever and left several positive reviews over the years raving about them but this last time my polish peeled off as i guess it didnt cure long enough which has nothing to do with me and Jack treated me as if i was a huge inconvenience he hurt my feelings and i felt bullied. I went home and cried i was so humiliated and now i am very sad bc i can never go back from feeling intimidated and as if im going to be talked about rather than comfortable and safe

My favorite place to be relax, the work team Excellent, very friendly, I have always come to this place now I live 1 hour away from Middletown and I still travel to receive the excellent service they give me, my favorite is the pedicure ? Great Job

The first photo is what I ask for and this is what I got. I ask for French white and he made them bulky he was kinda rude and very rough. Everytime I would say a little shorter he would quote me laugh and say why didn’t you ask before I started. Then kept making comments about me touching them on stuff but would hit them with the dryer and then try to run polish over it like it’s fixing them. He Put the acrylic all over my skin proceeded to shave it off but kept shaving my skin irritating it.

I enjoy coming here the atmosphere is so inviting…Kim does an amazing job on my nails toes and eyebrows! I feel so pampered and relaxed when I leave here!! Would recommend everyone I know to come here…

Every time I come to this place it’s packed and I don’t know why. I called ahead of time and asked “is there a wait for a pedicure” they said “no come on in” the salon is almost full and I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes in a pedicure chair that they told me to sit in completely unserviced. I am getting ready to walk out. I’ve given this place multiple chances and this was my last one. What a waste of time.

Recommended 100% I have gone there since July and haven’t been disappointed! I had Will for the first time and won’t be my last, he was super funny and very nice and did my nails amazing!
