No wonder they are closing more and more of these stores down. Go to get my twins controllers with their warranty come home one controller is broke after dealing with a guy who didnt want to take it back, gives us a faulty used controller. The lady manager was nice though and gave him a new one. Go back today with the other controller that they gave us messed up ,get a whole different guy who says the computer shows nothjng and won't give a warranty. Now he is upsat because it dont work good woth his vame. The thump stick is cleary messed up

Been trying to call this location for multiple days. They will never pick up their phones. Not sure what good business practice this is. Horrible customer service!

Selling a pre-owned ps4 controller for $73 when I can buy a new one from Sony for $60, that's pretty wild. Additionally, numerous placed calls over an hour duration bore no fruit. When I arrived the employee was very busy twirling his lanyard.

Never answer the phone every and bought a controller there and it stop charging in just a few weeks I tried to call to see if there was anything I can do our if there was something they could do but guess what no answer like always so I drive down and sat out side and called no one in the store as customers and they still didn't pick up phone

The staff welcomed me warmly as I entered. Most products seemed to be grouped together as expected, with the exception of clearance items and an item released today. (the reason i was in that particular store). The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable about their store and items' location. I even asked about old displays that were not claimed, and they gave me a luigi s mansion 2 hd window hanger. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone in the cin-dayton area. As I seem to get around, this was one of the cleanest stores I have been in lately. Employees are worth whatever corporate is paying them and more. Great job, team!!
