Not a bad store or bad location I'll have to give this store another chance when I'm in Middletown again. Staff was nice and I had to buy that bunny for my friend just because of the lashes

$20 for a blanket that has a 98% probability of being peed on is next level crazy. And just for spits and giggles I went to meijer across the street and what do you know. Same size sherpa blankets for $24. Oh and amazon will deliver it to your door step for free for $20.74. As a person who has literally made goodwill apart of their identity growing up. I won't step foot in another one. This isn't a knock on the employees. Lord knows they don't pull the strings.

I wouldn’t give it any stars if it would let me, but unfortunately I can’t. I just purchased a movie here not even two hours ago. I come back with the receipt and the movie and they’re telling me that they won’t return it and it does not play I tried it on a PlayStation five and a Blu-ray player. The movie will not play. It says disc is damaged and they will not return it. Terrible do not risk buying any movies from this location, terrible customer service Rude manger

Overpriced you can get brand new t shirts any color at Michael's for 2.99 compared to goodwills 4 dollars used t shirts

Great selection and pricing. I got 3 pairs of shoes 2 pants and a couple shirts for 29.00. And they were name brand shoes pumas and nikes

I couldn't get into a changing room until approximately 5 minutes before closing. I rushed through and walked up to the checkout with 5 shirts and a purse at 6:05. A very rude lady told me she couldn't check me out, even though another employee was waiting on a customer. The lady said I'd have to come back tomorrow.

What I like most about this location is how they've chosen to display their framed pictures for sale.
Most locations I've thrifted from will stand pictures upright against a wall, requiring me to shuffle through the stack. More often than not, I'd simply avoid the hassle of shopping for wall art and picture frames at any Goodwill for this reason. Kudos to this location!

They don't have a lot of household items and they could display what they do have more nicely. It looks like they just toss items up there without thinking of how it looks.

The prices are ridiculously high it is so beyond me that people donate their belongings and they try to sale it at top dollar shame you can go buy it new for a couple dollars more
