I went to them because they were close to my house. When I got ther looking around they did not try to push me into something I did not really want like some dealerships will do. They listen to you and try to help. So If you need a car, they guys are great. They treat you like family, they care about you. Also they will say YES…. Job + Dwn Pyt = CAR….
I will definitely be getting my next car from them soon.

This was my first time ever getting a car and Hensley auto group has Great customer service Andy was top notch I got the car I wanted 2013 6 speed veloster helped with all the paperwork made sure I understood everything and I love this car!!! Worked with me as much as they could with the down payment. After everything was said and done on my way out of the parking lot the owner stopped me and noticed a headlight was out and could not let me leave like that (turned out to just be loose) and that is very hard to find overall I am extremely satisfied with my choice of car and dealership great job guys and thank you soooo much for taking a chance on me you won’t regret it!!!!!!

I recently brought my Car to Hensley auto group. I had a great experience working with Andy and the team.. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They explained what was wrong and The issue has been completely resolved. My car is running perfectly. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be returning for future needs always

Top notch, very customer focused and professional. I’ve held many positions in high volume big box retail for a fortune 100 company for 27 years and let me tell you something! If my team perceived half of the service level and urgency these guys have, we could all retire. I bought a 2012 S10 4x4 from Jon and Jeff. It was the first time Ive had to buy a used vehicle in years. I didn’t have one issue. From the time I called them until I paid it off it was as smooth as a baby’s butt! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you can’t get along with these guys, you can’t get along with anyone.

⭐ Huge shoutout to Hensley Automotive on Verity Parkway in Middletown! ⭐
I can honestly say everyone there was amazing, but Mr. Hensley himself truly went above and beyond for me! I had never been to their shop before and didn’t know them at all.. I just called and explained what was going on with my car. He told me to bring it in, and while he was checking it, my axle completely broke.
Mr. Hensley didn’t hesitate, he called around to multiple places trying to find the parts I needed and had them delivered ASAP. He got my car fixed in about 3 hours and gave me an incredibly good deal. No extra fees, no surprises.
They were all so professional, kind, and genuine, and it’s rare to find service like that these days. I’m truly grateful for the help and honesty I received. If you ever need a car or car repairs, I can’t recommend Hensley Automotive enough❣️🚗

Honestly I've been in a jam twice now and Jeff and Andy have really helped me out and had my back and helped me out in order to stay mobile so I can get to work and take my kids to school they got a customer for life with me

Andy and the rest of the crew have been great to me. I have had my car for over a year, almost 2 and I haven't had any issues. They always answer any questions I have had and were always just a phone call or text away. They worked with me to get a great payment, too!

I’m very exuberant with the customer service at dealership . Also outstanding results . Purchased a vehicle from them about two weeks ago and the front of breaks started going out on the front but they were kind enough to replace all four . I look forward to doing more business with them

So bought a chevy cruise couple weeks ago, noticed a bad oil leak was thinking the worst just because that's my luck. True to there word because I caught it before 30 days and man of his word took are car and fixed it free of charge. Great guys most buy here pay here tell you to get lost, but like I said true to there word fixed are car free of charge thanks guys, from a family in need. God bless and thanks for being honest and man of your word.
