Man, will argue with you about protocols like how to get a prescription transferred to them just for you to be right in the end! Poor English speaking, have to repeat 5x, don’t automatically refill prescriptions, can hardly ever get them on the phone. 🤯 stressful

The pharmacy is Awesome!!! Ray is super helpful and really seems to care!! I know they are always busy especially since CVS went out business that was in their parking lot! I'm always super patient and they take great care of me!! Thanks!!

Worst pharmacy ever staff is rude slow and the pharmacists are on a power trip while holding onto medication. I’m done will take my business elsewhere permanently. They’ve had enough chances now I’m done

They don’t answer their phone. The pharmacy had me on the phone for 12 mins, put me on hold twice and the last time let it ring for 4 to 5 mins straight

Drive thru broken no sign of them fixing it? Hate to leave just for this but they act like the pharmacy is some kind of privilege if they have the time. Always feel like I'm bothering them (him).

This is the WORST pharmacy ever! Save yourself the trouble, and possibly your life! First of all, I ended up having to go to the hospital because their “ system “ Doesn’t communicate properly with insurance companies, according to their pharmacist that I spoke with on the phone. I was told that it tells insurance companies that you have already picked up the prescription, and it causes you to have to get a pre authorization. I was suffering from a violent stomach bug in both ways and was severely dehydrated and in pain. I had to go to the hospital because their “ system” is inept, just like Patton! My other prescription I’ve been trying to get for weeks, I keep being told I need a prior authorization as well! I have FINALLY got thru to them that I understand this, I am paying myself for it! I came again on sat before Easter 2023, I was told by Patton that my script needed to be ordered in and would be in on Monday. I showed up at 7:15 on Monday evening and was informed by Ray that it in fact was never ordered by Patton , which didn’t surprise me! I have FINALLY got my account transferred to another Kroger pharmacy with intelligence! I 10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND THE PHARMACY! I’d give negative stars if I could!

Colin was an amazing cashier! He is very nice and made sure that everything was right with my groceries! Nick was the bagger, and he also provided great service and was careful with my groceries. Nick even helped clean my hands with hand sanitizer and got between my fingers!

Been here three times. All three times horrible experience. Idk if the fat bald pharmacist is new, buy he needs replaced. Dudes always standing around, and they say it's not ready when you get there. The medication we pick up here comes with withdraw when not taken as prescribed. And we have waited days to the point of not having anymore due to them taking 2 days to fill a script that would be filled in a few hrs anywhere else. FIX THE PROBLEM CORPORATE!!!

My experience was horrible if it wasn't for this place wasn't the closes to me I would never stop there . I do make it a point to not shop there . The place is dark an yes it does smell funny . The customer service is so lacking I'm surprised the store is somewhat running. If this was my only experience I would probably let this go but seeing how a simple thing as a bag can make the person feel uncomfortable to say anything to me as I walk pass the service desk and you think you have the right to reach in my bag without saying a word is why I do understand why I won't be back and why suggest no one else should either .
