If i could give it a 0 I would. I had a little Jesus figure in my hand when I went to the self checkout and I sat it down to ring up my stuff. The cashier watched me set it down and waited until I was almost finished to pick it up and throw it away while staring at me. When I asked him why he did that instead of giving it back to me he said "we don't need your religion here"

Tired of this pharmacy. Always understaffed, scrips are never ready when they say, and during my last visit to get my insulin, the girl behind the counter just blew me off. It's not ready, won't be ready for 45 minutes. Was supposed to be ready at 2pm, it's now 630pm. Can't leave without it. Take your scrips elsewhere.

My pickup experience was ridiculous. I ordered my pick up at 4PM for a 7pm-8pm pick up. I get there at 7:42. Sit and wait until 8:30 all these ppl are getting their orders leaving and finally a person comes asks me my name runs in runs back to say oh yeah your orders been cancelled you can come at 8am to get it tomorrow…. I was so mad. I had 2 sick toddlers in the car with me waiting as well. Had ordered medicine for them. Groceries and everything I needed THAT NIGHT for them to just cancel for absolutely no reason is ridiculous .They had plenty of time to get the items together. Since I couldn’t get any of my items I had to take my 2 sick kids in the store and get the minimum until I could order from meijer the following morning. I haven’t used Kroger pick up since and I won’t be doing pick up at this location ever again. So BE AWARE ! If you need your items you CANNOT count on getting even if you order hours ahead of time. .

Sadly my experience was not good due to one employee at the self check. Her attitude stank. I asked about the prices on 2 items as they didn't ring up w the sales price. She was so rude. I told her I had asked the butcher if I had the correct product & he said yes. She automatically says I had the wrong one & ignored me when I told her the butcher confirmed it. She just stood there. I said can you adjust it? She said the price is on the package. I said so you are telling me you won't do anything to correct this? She walked away, talked to a young woman who came & looked at my screen & walked away! Both were so rude & didn't speak up about it. The first one came & finally adjusted it. I then asked about the second item & she said it will show at the end. I didn't see where it did so asked her again. She showed me, again w attitude. Normally I would have thanked her. Now I remember why I rarely shop this store!

Why are the employees at this Kroger so mean and nasty? Got cussed at in the pick up area after my groceries dropped and shattered.

I get the same prescriptions prescribed to me every month. Every 28 days I go to the pharmacy in hopes that its ready....and EVERY time, they tell me they are out. And that I HAVE TO FIND a pharmacy that has it in stock. Every freaking time. Today I even asked the lady at the drive thru window if they had it in stock before I requested it to be filled...to prevent me from having to wait days before it gets filled. Like usual. She tells me that they have them in stock and tells me to come back in an hour and it will be ready. I give them 3 hours and get told that they are out of stock. Like usual. I didn't receive a phone call letting me know to save me a trip....and that same lady gives me an attitude when I seem bothered by the fact that I HAVE TO LOCATE A PHARMACY that has them in stock. She tells me that it happens to EVERYONE not just me. What I wanted to say...but I don't like to be mean is....why couldn't you call me earlier in the day when you realize your mistake so I could get a head start on fixing the problem. Instead I get told an hour befor they close...leaving me zero time to do anything about anything. Basically forcing me to go to work tomorrow unmedicated and unsure of what to do. My question is...if it happens to EVERYONE EVERY MONTH....like myself...then why the hell do they not make changes to their ordering process. Or change the person doing the ordering? I guess its not a big deal to have to go without your medicine for a couple days...EVERY MONTH. Ugh.

Nightmare Kroger. If you must, the only good time to shop is 6-8am. Today they were moving the entire produce department around at 10am. Poor quality control. This is a fabulous grocery store for a terrible shopping experience.

The date I’m writing this review is May 7th. I bought ground beef today and went to cook it and it expired on April 24th!!!!!!!! Meat employees are not doing their job correctly!!
