Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator 11-22-2023. Stated making a loud noise 12-19. Had family in for Christmas called them 12-26 they said out of warranty. Promised they would get with Whirlpool and call us back 11-26. No call back. Talked to store manager 11-27. Promised call back. No call back. Spent 3 hours on the phone the 28th. Got directions from Whirlpool on what Lowe's needed to do so they could authorize a new refrigerator. Can't find anyone at Lowe's that's smart enough to figure it out. Don't shop there.

I went in specifically for wall puddle and needed guidance which I got from a friendly staff. Store was clean and well organized with staff around for assistance. Easy checkout and would recommend.

I needed a certain pot that was out of stock on the floor in the garden center. Cindy was super helpful and quick to get one of the fork lift drivers to locate a box the bring down. Thanks for the great help Cindy !

My hubby & I shop here frequently when we need home improvement items. I buy gardening items all summer & today was no exception. Bought 2 bags of potting soil for vegetables/flowers which was half price because the bags were torn open - great deal! The employees are always friendly & helpful. Many of them know us because we're regulars & go out of their way to assist us. Great hometown place to shop.
