There was a gentleman in the front of the store right as you come in trying to sell Leaf Filters. He was very rude and wouldn't leave us alone after telling him we were not interested. Very unprofessional! No means no!

Still, not much has improved since my last update. When you have to ask 4 people standing around chitchatting, for help, it's nothing but a reflection of the poor management here. Locality is the only reason this place is still going.
It used to be a decent location. However, I've noticed a steep decline throughout the entire store. Whether I need assistance or greeted, I'm just smirked at or disregarded, don't really feel welcome.
This place needs a management overhaul. The managers are shady and do even uglier things when no one is looking.

Mostly good service. I was disappointed that I had to buy 25 feet to get a five foot piece of 14/2 wire. They don't measure off 14/2 wire. That's $6 a foot for 14/2 with 20 feet of scrap. It wasn't like I didn't spend more money on other parts I needed for the project. Yes, just a bit disappointed.

Zero to no customer service Representatives available and those that are there have no answers for anything about the items they sell. They do have an awesome fast self service Key making machine which is cheap and what I do there mostly. I go to Home Depot for everything else

Overall it's a great Lowes. However, can you please not have the super aggressive guy trying to sell gutters as soon as you walk in. He's really pushy even after you tell him no thanks and I genuinely might drive farther to Menards just to avoid him.

Got hung up. On 6 times. Asked for manager and 3 men were gossiping and never once offered to call him. I don't know why I go back but I bought dishwasher, refrigerator, stove top and dryer after all this.

This location routinely provides very poor customer service. Went to purchase a fridge 2 weeks ago and the staff members in the appliance department asked everyone in that section but me if they needed help. I had to try and hunt down someone to help me and they STILL avoided me. Gladly took my business elsewhere to purchase a fridge.
