This is a great store. It's not just a T Mobil store it's an everything store. A variety shop so to speak. That's me, variety. Very friendly and will work it out of you have a problem. Billing is easy and fast. New and used accessories for just about everything. Good parking for everyone.

I love metro PCS but this store doesn't have many to choose from. He wasn't willing to work with meI'm a customer but I broke my phone and he wasn't willing to get me a good deal with a new phone.. I went to the Milford store!!! It's the best around

Dude at one of the Metro's told us to come in before our bill was due and he'd put in some discounts for us. We go in and he charged us the whole bill plus the in store 5 dollar fee so it costed us extra instead of saving anything. Metro store reps are liers and will do anything to get your money. Just pay in the app and save your time visiting their storefronts. Their workforce is very poor.

They should inform you of the "upgrade policy" when you decide to change phones with them. If you hate the phone you change to, you can't even exchange it for a different one for 90 days.
