I walked into Michaels on a Sunday, had to get some supplies for my granddaughters school project. The terminal was stuck in my transaction, I couldn't pay for the second part of my purchase because I was slitting the payment cash and card. But the terminal was frozen. The two ladies helping me were absolutely fantastic. I wish I had gotten their names. These ladies rallied together to solve the problem, after a minute or so, one of the lovely ladies pulled out her personal gift card and completed the purchase for me. I was honestly blown away by the kindness and problem solving skills ig these ladies. I want Michaels to know these ladies are amazing. Their attention to their environment and customers is exceptional. Thank you ladies. Keep being amazing! Made my month! 🧡💛💚

My daughter who is a senior in high school was interested in possibly getting a job at this location. She said she went in the store and asked to speak to the manager to see if they were hiring. The associate she spoke to was very nice, but when the manager came she nicely asked him if they were hiring and he said go to this website very rudely and turned and walked away from her. She now no longer wants to work at this location. No need for anyone to be rude especially a manager.

Excited to have a store like this brought to middletown!! Went to the soft launch last night & thr store is beautiful, staff was friendly. Excited to not need to go all the way to dayton or liberty Township for good crafting supplies
