We aren't done dealing with this dealer fixing our vehicle yet, but as of now, I am pleased. When our vehicle started throwing transmission warnings on our cross country road trip, they were kind enough to squeeze us into their schedule, provide a quick preliminary diagnosis, and get us connected with a rental company to continue our journey. Hopefully their repair work will be as satisfactory.

The service department was terrible. Took my car in for a warranty TCM issue. Car was not shifting out of 1st gear and shaking. I was told the actuator and clutch were bad. TCM was never checked. I had the car back less than a day after they said it was fixed and still had the same issue and had to have it towed back. Said different actuator was bad this time. Paid almost $4200 to have my car not fixed. I wish zero stars was an option.

Took my brand new car in less than 3 months old because stuff started going wrong immediately. Wasn’t told there would be a deductible or anything. Come to find out, we have to pay a deductible to get my car back even though they sold me with the doors put on incorrectly. The rear doors were not properly put on, but apparently I have to pay to get that done the right way. Makes no sense. Don’t buy a car from here and don’t take a car here to be serviced. Nothing but problems since the new owners took over.

I came in today for help help for my nephew to buy his first car. We worked with Josh. He was an absolute sweetheart to deal with. From the moment he introduced himself he was full of all the knowledge we needed. To be honest we weren't really meaning to purchase a car yet because we had not been anywhere else. I will say that thanks to his knowing the answer to what all we needed we felt beyond comfortable making the purchase today on a 2023 Bronco. My nephew absolutely loves it.I know I've said it before and I will say it again! Their sales staff, techs and everyone in between are so great. It's worth the drive if you happen to live a bit further away.
