I’ve been coming to Ms Tracy since I was a little girl and I always get the same thing either matte polish or gel this time I decided to get matte and I needed a fill in on both of my big toes and only polish changed and she’s Always said it’s 5 dollars for each toe not 10. If there was an price change she should of had a sign stating that but she didn’t when she was doing my toes she cut me this is not the first time she’s done that it’s been multiple times to where I done bled. When she got done she charged me 40 dollars and I told her how is it that much when I only got a polish change and a fill in on my big toes nothing else she than proceeds to say you got a fill in it’s 10 dollars each well that’s the first any other time it’s 30 dollars. I was definitely robbed and very disappointed and will not be coming back here ever again very unprofessional! I inserted a picture the time I got a full set with gel polish and everything if this is only 53 dollars how was my polish change 40 dollars make that make sense was waxed out my pockets.

I went in yesterday to get a fill in after work. These are what they look like today, the day after. She was nice enough, but the place was very dirty and she wasn’t very professional. There was food everywhere, I couldn’t tell if I was getting my nails done in a salon or in her kitchen pantry. It honestly looked like she lived there. There were medicine bottles, food, random things you wouldn’t see in a salon. She had no shoes on. She rushed me and was doing two clients at a time!! She burned my fingers with the drill and when I said “ow,” she pretty much brushed it off. I’m not very confident the tools she was using were clean. Everything was very dusty, old, and outdated. I feel bad making a bad review, I’ve never done it, but I paid $45 for this. I guess you get what you pay for… but this is unacceptable. And I’m too scared to ask her to fix it or give me my money back because in other reviews she was apparently very nasty or just straight refusing refunds and refusing to fix anything. I don’t want to go through that. Just beware of the places you go and how much you pay. I should have known something was off when she was doing multiple clients at once, rushing every one. And then I had to dry my own nails in the machines while she already moved on to the next customer. Take your time with your clients, clean your shop, and be more professional is all I can say to the owners. Now I’m going to paint them myself with my own gel kit because I don’t have the money to get them done again. It’s a shame I wanted something nice for myself and got rushed.

Mouse ran across my foot when I was getting my nails done . The lady said it’s normal so I walked out . So disgusting, shouldn’t have step foot inside

I just went here today! I was so excited i didnt get my nails done in a long time, but i felt like she made me feel bad because i was doing what she was saying with the nail dryer places should not treat you poorly
The place was packed with stuff. Just because your good at something dosent mean you should treat your customers poorly she told me not to break her nails which i dont feel is nesassary to say to your customers embrassment shouldnt be part of the service!!!

Love Miss Tracey she is always on point does a beautiful job and fast if you an hour lunch break she can have you in her chair and out in 35 minutes and nails are perfect

I've been going to this business since I was 16 years old and for her to be rude towards me today and wouldn't help me pick out a color I wanted my nails done and was rude about it making me feel humiliated in front of other customers. I won't be back you lost a customer I don't get trusted like that and I'M GIVING YOU MY HARD EARNED MONEY no thanks that was it for me. Tracy do better the attitude was uncalled for.

I believe she is using illegal chemicals the smell is very strong. It’s hot it’s dusty in there and she needs more help. Short staffed and like to do a rush job. Had the nerve to be mad that I told her don’t be trying to rush today. I’ll pay the money but I won’t be rushed. Polish be all on the side of the finger nail and she act like she don’t see it. Then get upset when you point it out. Also the nails I got didn’t last a week. She got mad when I asked her to make sure they are on there securely??♀️??? you did right because Tracy you ain’t finna keep getting over like that. WHERE IS the DAUGHTER AT she was much better.

IF YOUR THINKING IF GOING HERE!!!!! Don't ! I just got a set here on Saturday( 12-17-23) And by today (12/21/23) my nails looked like something I could do on my own or pay my 11year old cousin go do and what I mean by that is why pay a professional to do something I could've done at home? Yk? All the lumps and bumps on my nails ? No complaints here until the gems started falling off, when I was told they wouldn't ? So I go in to get it fixed or possibly taken off and don't even get five the opportunity to choose what I want. She just starts taking off the gel on my nail with the drill, I'm not a girly girl I don't go and get my nails done or my hair done often this is probably about the third or fourth time I've went and got my nails done by somebody " professional," and buy an actual salon and this was the worst experience of my life, I hate to say that too, because she seems like a hard-working woman Miss Tracy does but the treatment, the conditions of the place and the Accountability needs to be taken for it, not being a sanitary as it needs to be for being a nail salon!!! Needless to say, my services will not be returning I'm a let you guys decide what you guys want to do!
