Be aware this bank charges a 37$ decline fee they call a 'reversal fee' if your bank declines at all. It's separate from a negative balance fee. So if you're account is empty regardless if it isn't you, and an attempt withdrawal is declined. It stacks up those fees they refuse to fix ;) so you're account can be like mine, where you empty it. Then they claim someone tried to charge your account but, it declined, stacking up to the amount of 167. When no money was there, no money taken, and you don't even have a bank card. They refuse to fix it ;) monitor your elderly families accounts and if you're disabled like I. Their fraud and dispute offices refuse to aid or fix anything. So imaginary non charged money is taken out to line their pockets. Becuase "They charge a 37$ fee to decline, it's called their new reversal fee"When I signed over a decade ago to create the account here, this was not in place period. They would have immediately fixed the issue. Asap I will be switching. This same thing has also happened to two family members, they've done this upwards of 400-700$ to their accounts. A family friend has also hired a lawyer as the EXACT same thing has been done. Debating on reaching out to the news station to warn everyone as I have valid proof of everything, recorded calls and interactions with the dispute office, and the individual blatantly lying and being outlandishly rude.

I’ve been a member of Myusa for a long time now and have always had good experiences and when I did have problems they always worked with me to resolve the issue I just recently got a loan for a new camper and the loan officer Monique was absolutely amazing thank you for all your help Monique.

I kind of wish I had looked at the reviews prior to setting an account up with this trash of a bank. First we will start off with about 8 months ago the place I pay rent to had system issues and charged my bank like 4 to 5 times for rent which obviously cause over draft in my bank. BECAUSE THIS TRASH OF A BANK had to refund the 36.00 fee that many times I was told collectively they will never again refund a 36.00 fee to me even if it's not my fault. So strick one, right that's trashy to do to someone who didn't do anything. Then is the can't take more of my money out then 500 because I have to tell them what it's for, um no I don't it's called my money if i want to go spend it on blow well guess what I can because it's my money. Then it's the horrible customer service and they offer loans to help people but then deny you left and right to do so, and I can get loans other places but can't through my bank. Absolutely horrible. Worst bank I have ever been with. So I'm currently looking for a better bank. So I can leave this trashy one.

Customer service is non-existent and it appears that there are issues with mailing payments/letters to them. I have mailed two payments on separate dates. Confirmed address with the teller. The payments don't show up..When I requested follow up, I didn't get it...I am told the failure to receive letters is the post office's fault not theirs. And oh well. I have been a customer of Heartland CU and now MyUSA for 30 years. Disappointing!!!!

I hate that 1 star is all I can leave because they deserve 0. We have been with this bank 6 years and it's been nothing but trouble anytime you go to get more then 500 out you Have to tell them what its for we have been trying to close our account for 3 days and keep getting excuses why they can't close it . Our new banker was not surprised when we told them which bank we were swapping from they don't care how long you have banked with them if your looking for a credit union/bank save yourself trouble and go elsewhere this place is a absolute joke!!

Everytime I have called and talked to someone about the online system, they have acted incompetent and had no knowledge on how to actually HELP. All they kept doing was requesting me to COME IN-I work just like they do- to give them my other banking information for them to do it (You don't need my information for anything.) I had asked 5 different times, when I could get a word in, on how to make the payment online because it kept telling me my account was blocked. Denise I have spoken with a few times, and while in person is extremely nice, she is not helpful in any way, and doesn't allow you to speak. She cuts you off, and all she kept doing was everything BUT what I was requesting and that was to tell me how to pay my car payment online. She thought it was also professional to tell me "It's not their fault I waited until the last day-after I had told her I've called multiple times and no one seemed to know how to help me (just like she still didn't after we spoke)- and now I'm stressed" The lack of professionalism, listening and just poor customer service overall is ridiculous. While I am stuck because this is where my car loan is through, I don't recommend them to anyone especially if you have issues with your account. The customer service is terrible, and you will get no help because they are don't seem to know how to help. Just guide you on what they THINK you should do or be doing. Don't cuss because then you get told they won't talk to you anymore after they have done everything BUT HELP.

Emma, a teller, at the Middletown branch on Towne Blvd was a big help to me! She was very friendly and offered to help me get into my app. She took the time to reset my password and show me how to get back into my account.I really appreciate her help. Thank you Emma!

this branch has a very unwelcoming vibe, no one greets you or acts like they are happy to assist you. I opened an account online and came in to the branch to fund it and to get a debit card printed. I got there 30-40 before closing and the guy says they can't make my debit card because its too close to closing time. I asked to open a savings he said no to that too. what type of bank turns down new accounts??? then months go by, a lady from this branch starts calling me regularly telling me by account is overdrafted and that I need to make the account right. I told her thats impossible d/t never even having a debit card to use the account! and I didnt put in my bank account info anywhere because after the branch incident I never accessed that account again, I called the company and they have no record of me, I have never even heard of the company before. when I tell the lady this and she said I needed to come in and fill out a form. I told her I refuse bc this is not my fault and I don't use them for any services. she proceeds to say she will just report me to chex systems so I can't open another account. RUDE RUDE RUDE inaccurate and dysfunctional sorry excuse of a credit union. All the staff is rude and act like they hate their jobs and I will tell anyone to never bank here. they harassed me about a debt I dont know but didnt care about not helping me to even be able to utilize their account.

I’be been a member for about 20 yrs. I very much recommend! My husband has tried at least 6 banks in the last 6 yrs, but still says this bank is the best one!The hardest part is they are not everywhere but we try to work around that.
