I’ve been a member for about 20 yrs. I very much recommend! My husband has tried at least 6 banks in the last 6 yrs, but still says this bank is the best one!The hardest part is they are not everywhere but we try to work around that.

I was a member of Heartland FCU prior to the buyout. Buyout by MyUSA didn’t change a thing. They were TERRIBLE before and TERRIBLE after. Similar to the gentleman below- they never call back, you can’t get in touch with anyone, the people you are able to speak to including upper management will lead you in circles, they make offers they don’t uphold. Just run. Save your time, money, energy.

Tried contacting multiple times for loan rates was told leave name and number and I would receive a call back . That call never came so we decided to try in person which was another fail on them . Tried to talk to the manager but I guess they are also the loan manager too so if you have a problem you get to leave your name and number and if your lucky they might call you back . Taking my business elsewhere and anyone reading this should also.

Very unfriendly almost snobbish demanding not a very good place to do business,so many other banks around town that is so much friendlier, treat your customersso much better than these people. So if you had a problem with MidUSA move on. There are other places to do business.
