Super friendly and helpful unfortunately was incorrectly diagnosed my battery. Stating it was at 99% when in reality it was dead dead and needed to get a jump from a tow truck the following day.

Went to return two items and they told me the items were non-refundable even though the website clearly states within 90 days you can return the items. Took them to the Lebanon location and they returned the items no problem. Not sure what it was about but don’t recommend.

Every time you go in there even if you know what you're going in to get they'll follow you around the store they won't leave you alone I pulled up in a $75,000 car with my wife and my daughter and they followed us around the store like we was going to steal something wouldn't leave us alone it was very aggressive and all their stuff is cheap I would never recommend them for anything

Service has been on nothing but a steep decline. Any electronic part, sensors, distributors etc. always end up being faulty. On top of that, some of the guys working here, think they know it all and are quick to belittle and make jokes. Don't waste your time or money.
