The original owner passed away of cancer less than a year ago but his family has done a great job taking over despite the technical issues that have popped up

I went up here to vacuum my car out and the vacuums took my money but they don't work. The one that did work didn't have enough suction to even pull in some of the dirt off the floor. So basically I just got my money taken. I feel ripped off
