On the VERY rare occasion that something does go down or break, service is always same day or next day. The warranty company could not help me because they would not read the receipt in there own database. went to staples to get a reprint and they could not help me. So Garrett and Harry got me a new chair and a new warranty so if anything happens to the new chair i am covered. 100% great customer experience. Will go here for anything computer related.”
