Scheduled a 1:30 PM appointment on 12/3/25 for four brand-new tires after confirming over the phone that I would be waiting due to my work schedule. Arrived early, handed over my keys, and returned around 3 PM to find my vehicle untouched. At 4:20 PM, I was finally told—after clear confusion—that the wrong tires had been installed.
What happened next was extremely unprofessional: a heated argument broke out between the front desk staff and technicians in front of customers, including profanity loud enough that an elderly gentleman and I were both visibly shocked. That same gentleman had been waiting since 10 AM and was only notified at 4:30 PM that they only had 3 of his 4 tires in stock, despite never giving him any updates.
I finally left at 5:45 PM, over four hours later, with no apology, no explanation, and zero ownership of the mistakes made.
This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had—from wrong installation, to poor communication, to witnessing internal conflicts in front of customers. Completely unacceptable for a company that is typically known for reliability and professionalism.

I have to say the customer service was excellent & very accommodating!! Not to mention the quality care I received. I was treated with patience & kindness. Very highly satisfied!!

Called on a tuesday and made an appointment for that Thursday for a set of 4 tires to be put on my sons car. Showed up for the appointment only to find out the tires were put on another vehicle. Had to make another for saturday. I would not buy anything from this location unless they have it in stock the day you're there. Otherwise you run the risk of your items being given to another person. Take your business to another tire discount dealer... seems like this one is manged well at all.

The team at TireDiscounters in Middletown, OH were professional and knowledgeable. They repaired my tire expertly and was able to diagnose the problem when another shop was not. I highly recommend them!

Thank you for going above and beyond. I called late in the day and spoke to Patrick on a Saturday. Told him I needed 4 Michelin cross climates, amazing tire by the way, and needed them today. He was patient in answering my 500 questions and help me understand correctly why it was worth it to by the road hazard. I knew they closed at 4 and Patrick without hesitation said “ come on in we will get you done today”. Wow, the shop closed at 4 and the entire team stayed till 6 to get us done. When I asked the manager JR and the young lady at the counter, I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name, they was sure they would get my vehicle done they both said we will stay and get it done with no attitudes. The service was so great I’m buying 4 more tires for my other car on Tuesday. Thank you again!

JR- the GM of the store was fantastic! He corrected my tire problem quickly and professionally. He took care of my needs with my 90 year old father still in the car. I could not have asked for better service. Shawan, was the best!!! He saved us time and heartache.

I got new tires here and it was great, and they gave me a free oil change which was a great perk. The oil change is what brought me in this time. The services both times were great and the employees are very nice, but I STRONGLY suggest planning to drop your car off for services as I waited over 3 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. I just wish they would've let me know about the extended wait time when I checked my car in as I probably would've just taken an Uber home.

If it weren’t for Mindy and Regional Manager Chris .. I would not be leaving a kind review and I would not be a returning customer. I had brought my truck in for 4 new tires. Mindy was incredible from her customer service, to her dedication and diligence on getting all 4 tires in stock same day to have my service done same day. I had to reach back out with questions a few times and she was always a joy, informative, patient and genuinely happy to help. One of the service employees overlooked issues that should have been brought to my attention and wasn’t. Chris’s patience, attention and attitude with the help he provided to resolving my service issues, and my personal concerns was impressive and wildly exceeded my expectations. Thank you Chris and thank you Mindy!

This place use to be ok, horrible recently! Would not recommend
The front desk has no idea and does not care to have an idea. Don't bother making an appointment....it wont matter. You will wait and wait. Also most oil changes will turn into return visits to fix something they screwed up.

A few weeks ago I had a tire repaired here. The job wasn't quite done at the end of the day when I came to get it despite that being the timeline I was given. I told the man at the counter (JR) that I couldn't wait for my car because my daughter had an allergic reaction that day and we were on the way to take her to the hospital. I didn't complain and he wished me well. JR asked how she was doing when I called to check on the car the next morning and then covered the cost of the repair just because of the circumstance. These guys are working long after store hours to get cars done and keep their promises. A little patience and understanding between customers and employees goes a long way.
