I’ve never received such great customer service. I came in and got my trailer checked out very quickly. When I hooked it up I had issues with the tow lights on my car. They could have just told me too bad and that I couldn’t rent the trailer but instead the gentleman that owned the place, Phil helped me big time and diagnosed and fixed the wiring issue. I’ll never use another U Haul location. You just don’t find service like that at the big stores. Thank you so much!
