The insurance does not cover an incident where the keys were come up missing I left them in the truck because I did not see the Dropbox and then the kids come up missing so I got billed for that thanks a lot

The app is what sucked, it didn't allow me to check in or out. I had to contact customer support. I take the truck back with 3/4 gas which is what the paper said and I still got charged $20. Just a terrible overall experience all due to the app not working and the extra 20 i contacted about.
