“My name is Brad I have been car shopping the better part of a year now .was so exhausted from the auto malls ,huge dealerships,and the salesmen that wouldn't even call me back. I was all but done car shopping. Then out of the blue towne east auto popped up on my phone. There was a 1997 Cadillac on the screen. I really wasn't looking for a caddy but it was my favorite in color and very low mileage. I bought my car from the owner years ago ... The car has never not once failed me... Is extremely reliable and drove me cross country several times. Without needing ANYTHING !!! Not only was the owner and workers personable they were willing and able to help with mechanical issues for my other car when it started to fail... The pricing on the car was overly fair and he kept my payments low so that I could actually complete the payment schedule in not only timely manner but also financially doable (i still payed it off early )

I've recommended and secured 4 other sales for them after my experiences and haven't heard anything bad from those people either
Anytime in the future if I need a used car from the Dayton or Cincinnati area I'll definitely come back to give my business... People don't do good business like this much anymore .. thank you Mr frank for being a beacon of great business”

“Great experience over all,
The car
Car was as described and in better condition than most other comparable examples that I looked at. There dont appear to be any red flag repairs, hidden codes, or damaging corrosion, (for a midwest car) up front. These are used cars, so set your expectations accordingly. As I viewed a few cars on the lot they all seem to be similar, Clean inventory.
The deal, (at least for my purchase) was very fair and equitable for both parties. That's to say it was a fair price for a fair car. Showing the car, he was asked to show it cold and he did, (this is unlike many lots with only as-is inventory). Also abnormal, he handed the key and said let me know if you have questions. He DID NOT hover, over-sell the car, criticize what and how we were looking, or try to cover up problems. In short, he let the car largely speak for itself; no hi pressure sales tactics.
The owner: yes fast talking, (appears to juggle a lot) but not rude; direct, but not rude. He was highly communicative, and transparent. He DID NOT seem to be deceptive or dishonest. You can't ask for much more from a car lot. This is not a normal business hour lot, (by appointment only). Given that, he was where he said he would be, when he said he'd be there.

The negatives:
There's no test drives unless the roads are dry. It put my purchase off by about 24 hours, and was really not a big deal. Owner did not sell the car I was trying to look at in that time, communicated as to when I could get it on the road, and made an appointment with me as soon as it was possible to do so.
That said, it doesn't seem to be the owners decision so much as an issue of liability. Not much anyone can do there.
Inconvenient but not much more
