The United States Postal Service location is often very busy, with long wait times inside the office that leave people frustrated. However, the carriers are liked. The staff behind the counter are frequently described as extremely nice, patient, helpful, responsive, and friendly. There is a self-service machine inside that is really easy to use, though it only accepts debit or credit cards. Some customers report issues with mail not being taken back from their mailbox, leaving it sitting outside. Despite some frustrations, the service leads some to make it their new go-to location.

I moved from 1 location to another location mind u I did put in a change of address and it's been going on 2 years maybe longer and still have not received any mail I was waiting for some 2ws that never showed up now iam waiting for a id that's yet to show up

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service non existent. If you hate your job that much it’s time to retire!

The BMV line runs faster than this place.
Update:
I hate coming here, employees are so slow and ridiculous. They think we care about what they have to say when all we care about is getting our package checked in asap. They have no sense of urgency despite how long the line gets.
