I’ve been a customer here since they opened this store. The day they took on the new contract and started filling scrips off site, everything has gone downhill. Always crazy busy and scrips rarely ready when promised. Greg, the pharmacist, is awesome and the store itself is wonderful.

They are usually busy quite often. Sand so you should be weary of the time of day that you try to use their drive through, but if you go into the store. Usually, it goes a little bit faster. They are nice, compassionate and friendly at the pharmacy. And try to keep your business personal.

This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.

The management at this Walmart SUCKS. I'm not joking when I say that 4 out of 5 times I walk into this Walmart to get milk they are OUT. At what point does the regional management fire the idiot running this store and bring a manager in that has a clue? On a side note the pharmacy has always been good.

I’d love to give no stars. What a joke. I have to suffer due to them not having my medicine in stock. Go somewhere else they truly don’t care.

The pharmacist and other workers in the pharmacy were extremely helpful. They were incredibly busy but took the time to answer customer questions including my own. And they did so with patience and professionalism. This is now my primary pharmacy!

So slow. No one was inside needing to be helped. The drive thru was full. And the womens inside were doing nothing. So I pushed the button for help she answered quickly and said we're busy ill help you when I can. But busy doing what?? I'm ChangIng pharmacy every month is like this.

Christmas Eve, and our local Walgreens filled my child's prescription right before they closed for the holiday. Very much needing the medication, I called the Middletown location. They were able to transfer & refill with no hassle. Thank you!
