They are now using off site pharmacies to fill orders. It's a nightmare, unless you can wait 3 to 5 days to get a script filled. Calling the number and attempting to navigate the computer is also a nightmare. If you want to speak with a pharmacist, you can, but it's not the store pharmacist. I'm done with this nonsense

the store associates are nice but the pharmacy sucks . have to wait forever to get to the front only for the prescription to not be done . they don’t have the medicine in stock so you have the call the pharmacy and then the pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone . i was on hold for 14 minutes and literally heard the phone ringing when i went in and waited . the one girl didn’t have a solution when i told her what the message said and she didn’t understand what i said multiple times. had to leave bc i was so angry . went back in and a different guy said to have the dr call it into another pharmacy . worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to . the pharmacy never answers the phone

This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.

The management at this Walmart SUCKS. I'm not joking when I say that 4 out of 5 times I walk into this Walmart to get milk they are OUT.At what point does the regional management fire the idiot running this store and bring a manager in that has a clue?On a side note the pharmacy has always been good.

Pharmacist reports ssri viibryd is level 3 dea classified medication and unable to be transferred out due to being a controlled. Fda reports viibryd is non classified drug. Have the shift lead on duty confirm this pharmacist reporting the medication as level 3 classified dea medication verbally (level 3 is on par opiods like buprenophine) twice I ask her repeat that information so it was heard. I have dea and understand medication laws and know ssr like viibrydis not classified. Well this medication viibryd is not a controlled medication. Also failed to get imetrex for 5 days despite going once a day and told its due be shipped tomorrow even though listed as delivered. Ended up in the hospital due to getting attack due prolong filling this medication and on my birthday of all days. I do not trust this location. Ask the pharmacists name and go to write down on paper/ pad only find its script pad supporting a sign these pads should not be touchable to a lay person and 3 of these pads were easily in reach

The urgent care called in a prescription for my daughter, but Walgreens' system was not receiving them. However, they did know it had been sent because when I went to pick it up they said, "Is it the one the urgent care sent." I did not find out until 5 minutes before the urgent care was closing. There was no time to have it sent somewhere else. I understand calling people would take a lot of time, but there could be a text or automated message that it could not be processed. I will always get a paper prescription from now on.

My family has used this store for years. We certainly won't after today. Pharmacist Sara Kear is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. Enough to make us take our business to CVS. Enough said.

The pharmacist and other workers in the pharmacy were extremely helpful. They were incredibly busy but took the time to answer customer questions including my own. And they did so with patience and professionalism. This is now my primary pharmacy!

Don't use this place for fedex. I tried to send medical records to be sure that they were delivered and this walgreens screwed it up royally. Sent the package back to themselves, wasted two days and delayed the surgeon who was waiting on the records. Never Again!

Went in on a Friday afternoon for a vaccine and they were extremely short-staffed and busy. I did have to wait a little, but the pharmacy staff who were working were extremely apologetic (which wasn't necessary) and empathetic to me for needing to wait, and thorough with their care, both with me and the other customers. As I was watching, I saw them all working together very effectively, delegating responsibility and deciding who would handle what right in the moment, which isn't easy at all. They were working hard to care for their customers. Staff on the clock can't control how many customers show up at once, or how many of their coworkers call off - but they can control their own actions and attitudes, and what I saw was superb. In spite of the wait, I felt like I was in good hands and knew I would be cared for in this store. That's the important thing. I'm happy to be a customer here.

Waited for like 40+ minutes in line to get my booster vaccine, came 10 minutes early and there were only two people in line. They came in 20 minutes late and didn't even have their vaccine cards with them. It's absolutely absurd we had to wait that long for two people. However, the pharmacy staff is extremely nice to you, so if you're willing to wait, there is good service.

This experience with the store manager today named Clara she was very rude this is my main store that I go to since it is right down the street the cashier that I have that said she worked in the make up department was extremely nice and did go to the back of the store to get the product that I needed but as far as this manager Clara she does not need to be in a management position any longer !I have been in a professional position for many years and never would I talk to or have that tone of voice with one of my clients. The young lady that is from the make up department she definitely gets five stars but Clara I would give a zero so that is why I making a one star review
